Little Pirates ensures your data is completely secure by fully encrypting the website. Your personal information remains confidential and inaccessible to anyone. For payments, we use the reliable and established payment providers Stripe and PayPal.
Our servers are hosted in France, in Paris.
Once we receive your order, we will begin processing it within one working day. Depending on product availability, we aim to have it ready for dispatch within three working days. Please note that our standard delivery time is eight working days, but may take up to 15 working days in rare circumstances.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. This link allows you to easily track the progress of your delivery.
You can cancel your order within one hour of purchase.

Our aim is to ensure you are completely satisfied with the product you receive.
If you are ordering from the European Union, you may request a refund within one month of us receiving your returned item, provided it is returned to us within 14 days of you receiving the item.
