FAQ
We only have a few hours to update delivery addresses. If there is an error in your delivery address, please contact us by email and let us know the correct delivery address as soon as possible. An incorrect delivery address may result in your order being delivered to a different location than intended, or may prevent delivery altogether. We cannot be held responsible in such cases.
The ‘Completed’ status means that your parcel has already gone through all internal procedures and is now with the carrier. In other words, your parcel is on its way to you and will be delivered as soon as possible!
Sometimes it takes a few days for the tracking information to be updated, but don’t worry. Your parcel is on its way and will be delivered to you as soon as possible !

If a parcel is refused, if the carrier is unable to return the parcel to us, or if you are unable to provide proof that the parcel has been returned, a fee will be deducted from your refund.
